5At first use, I didn’t think much of it. Now, after almost finishing up a bottle, my skin’s never looked better. It does what it says, helps keep my skin’s pH balanced. I use it religiously with elemis cleansing balm and facial wash

Lavender Toner Is Truly “Balanced”
