Use daily as a cleanser.
- Warm an almond-sized amount of the balm into the skin, massaging over the face, neck and decollete with light circular movements, loosening the balm into an oil.
- Moisten fingertips and continue to massage so that the oil emulsifies into a milk.
- Either rinse off with water or remove with a cleansing cloth.
- Leave on for 10-15 minutes, once a week, as a nourishing facial mask.

I bought this to try after finishing my pro collagen cleaning balm. Honestly I was not a fan of the scent of the rose, but overall still a great product
It’s like going through a spa with this cleansing balm. Relaxing rose fragrance and the smooth feel is really enjoyable. I recommend to remove eye makeups separately, as it’s a bit uncomfortable if the balm gets into the eyes.
Over the years I’ve tried multiple make up removers, but nothing like this Elemis cleansing balm. It removes makeup even stubborn waterproof mascara like a dream. The smell of the cleansing balm is divine. This is my 4th tub I’ve ordered. Thanks Elemis for coming up with this genius product .

Have been using it for awhile, love the fragrance and the texture of the balm. After cleansing with the balm, the skin feels soft, clean and moisturize. It does help to remove dead skin cell and the skin to absorb serum easily. 👍
I got the trial size of this cleansing balm. I am impressed by how hydrating it is while I cleanse my skin. It cleanse deeply without stripping off the moisture from the skin. But I like one without rose scent so will get the other one in full sized.
