4this is one of my favorite elemis product! been using it for a year, it really cleanses off my makeup thoroughly and skin feel soft after that. Like the smell of it too. Will definitely repurchase.

Great cleansing and lightweight
5The cleansing balm feels lightweight and cleanses my skin well without being oily. I use a warm face towel to remove it and it does the job well!
Makes my face tofu-smooth
5Where have you been my whole life? This cleansing balm is the best cleanser I've ever used. I leave it on for 10 minutes, then massage it and rinse it off. My face is incredibly smooth afterwards. It smells heavenly too. I now look forward to my beauty routine thanks to this balm.
Sad that it’s not for me….
3I was really looking forward to this. I bought from Ion store and they told me the 50ml does not retail in store. I would suggest buying the 50ml to try before committing. The fragrance from the essential oils is lovely and super luxurious. However, this balm stings my eyes!! Though it’s said to remove long wear waterproof makeup. But I can’t use it because it simply stings my eyes. Super sad and so wasted as I could not get the smaller size to try first.
A little goes a long way
5Love this make up remover. You don’t have to use too much to completely cleanse your face. And I love the scent, it makes me feel like I’m at a spa.
